Pick-up Scheduling

Our ReStore & Facilities Manager is dedicated to contacting every donation form submission within 24-48 hours. Contact is being done by email to reduce the number of missed calls. All scheduled pick-ups will receive a 24-hour confirmation call the day before and our drivers will alert you when they are on their way. 

Accurate Pricing

We understand pricing has been our top critique. With your reviews in mind, we are ensuring that all items will be priced 30-70% off retail value and take into account their condition. We have also implemented new discount days for simplicity. With accurate pricing, our top priority is getting you the best price while still raising money to build homes in our community. 

Larger Inventory

Due to dedicated pick-up days, we will be able to complete more frequent and consistent donation pick-ups. With more donations, we can provide a variety of inventory on the sales floor. Pick-ups and deliveries are being completed Monday – Wednesday 9am to 3pm.  

Improved Customer Service

Our new specifc shopping days to the public will ensure our staff members are here to assist you. We are dedicating time to making sure you find what you need for all your DIY home improvement projects. Visit us Thursday – Sunday 10am to 5pm.
